Hello, I’m Bridget

I am a NCPS Accredited Counsellor with a client-centred integrative approach tailored to your unique needs. My goal is to support you with any issues affecting your life, working together to navigate challenges and aim for positive, lasting change.

Based in Riseley, a quiet village on the outskirts of Reading in Berkshire, close to Basingstoke and Wokingham, I provide a calm, welcoming, and relaxed environment for young people and adults to work through their difficulties. If it’s more convenient, I also offer online counselling sessions. Whether in-person or online, I create a safe space where you can be heard with empathy and without judgment.
