Clinical Supervision for Counsellors and Trainees

As a qualified counsellor working with adults, young people and children, I understand the importance of having a supportive supervisory relationship where you feel able to reflect openly on your work, explore challenges and continue developing your practice.

I offer clinical supervision to qualified counsellors and trainees, providing a safe, collaborative space where you can think about your client work, professional development and wellbeing.

My approach to supervision is Person-Centred and Integrative, placing the supervisory relationship at the heart of our work together. I aim to create an environment where you feel heard, supported and appropriately challenged, helping you gain confidence and insight in your practice.

I hold an Advanced Certificate in Clinical Supervision Including Online and Telephone Working (Level 6), mapped to the BACP and NCPS Competence Framework for Supervision.

Alongside my supervision training, I continue to work as a counsellor with adults, young people and children. This means I understand the different challenges and considerations that can arise when working across these age groups.

For counsellors working with children and young people, it is important to have supervision from someone who is qualified and experienced in this area. I am able to offer supervision that reflects the specific needs of practitioners working with younger clients.

I provide supervision:

  • In person from my practice in the RG7 area
  • Online
  • By telephone

I work with both qualified counsellors and trainees. Group supervision may also be available on request.

Choosing the right supervisor is an important decision. I believe supervision should be a space where you feel comfortable bringing both the rewards and challenges of your work, knowing you will be met with empathy, curiosity and respect.

Finding someone whose approach feels right for you matters.

If you would like to explore whether we could work together, I would be happy to arrange an initial conversation and answer any questions you may have.
